Connie has been a vibrant part of the New York production community for over 17 years. A native New Yorker, Connie began her career in educational video, moved into commercial production in the early 1990's producing for Roman & Tanneholz Agency and then into the feature film arena as an assistant director and script supervisor. Connie was part of New York City production history coordinating the New York Skyride motion simulation ride film and supervising the installation of the two story theatre and grand opening of the Empire State Building.
Over the last 15 years, Connie has produced a wide range of multimedia projects, with focus on film and video. As an independent producer/director working with some of the best creative boutiques in New York City and across the country, Connie has produced award-winning National network commercials, promos, public service announcements, corporate videos, music videos, CD-ROMs and corporate events. Her credits include live events ranging from “pipe and drape” meetings to multimillion dollar extravaganzas. For the last ten years she has produced the graphics for the CBS Upfront and Affiliates Presentations
In 2002 Connie joined forces with Nadine Licostie and established Red Thread Productions. Connie has produced and directed both documentary and dramatic projects for RTP including opening modules, patient testimonials, training role plays, leadership interviews, image and identity videos. Working in nearly every film and video format, some of her clients have included VIACOM, CBS, ABC, Cablevision, Court TV, SONY, Simon & Schuster, MCI WorldCom, Astra Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Merck, Novartis, Schering Oncology/Biotech, Prudential, Jennison and Associates, Sunburst Communications and Human Relations Media.
Connie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography and Communications Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.
